Yoga
A spiritual practice developed thousands of years ago, connects body, breath and mind. The physicality include flowing through postures and holding static postures. Today, many of us use yoga as a means of stress reduction.
Styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, restorative, and Yoga Nidra/meditation

Pilates
Pilates is a movement concept and practice, which concentrates on simultaneously strengthening and lengthening the body. Resistance is used without adding impact on the joints. Pilates helps with posture and brings uniform balance to the body.
Including mat and apparatus.
Equipment includes:
Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, wunda/high-chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, pedi pull, fuse ladder, core-align, and redcord.

Barre/Conditioning
Dynamic and isolated movements, driven by form and function. May be choreographed to a beat — dependent on how many participants. This technique also utilizes props, such as bands, balls, blocks, discs, weights, etc.

Children’s classes and parties
Fun and interactive movement and themed classes-leading ages 5–14. Group pricing ranges from $200–$400, based on location, number of kids, and materials needing to be purchased.
Classes/Session prices reflect 60 minutes in length. Inquire with longer time requests.

Bring movement guidance to your work. Easy, convenient, and within the comfort of one’s workspace. Whether there is ample or limited space, I can make moving, possible.
