  • Yoga

    A spiritual practice developed thousands of years ago, connects body, breath and mind. The physicality include flowing through postures and holding static postures. Today, many of us use yoga as a means of stress reduction.

    Styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, restorative, and Yoga Nidra/meditation

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a movement concept and practice, which concentrates on simultaneously strengthening and lengthening the body. Resistance is used without adding impact on the joints. Pilates helps with posture and brings uniform balance to the body.

    Including mat and apparatus.

    Equipment includes:

    Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, wunda/high-chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, pedi pull, fuse ladder, core-align, and redcord.

  • Barre/Conditioning

    Dynamic and isolated movements, driven by form and function. May be choreographed to a beat — dependent on how many participants. This technique also utilizes props, such as bands, balls, blocks, discs, weights, etc.

  • Eldoa

    A method created by a French Osteopath. Eldoa are specific postures for the spine. These include myofascial tension and create space for the chosen joint(s) by having a fixed and mobile segment. In turn, this helps with decompressing the joint space, which helps water absorption. Other benefits include; improved circulation and blood flow, reduced pain and inflammation, keener body awareness. In turn, back and neck pain have vastly improved by many.
