  • The intake form is for any client requesting a massage service. The questions asked help Dara to better understand your body’s needs, your areas of discomfort or tension, your goals through massage, and any medically relevant information. Providing this information allows Dara to create a more personalized experience and ensure you leave your session feeling refreshed.

  • For all bodywork sessions, wear comfortable clothing and be sure to hydrate as proper hydration will help to flush the body of toxins.

    For all massage services, please fill out the intake form prior to your appointment.

    There are also recommendations for specific services:

    • Table Thai: eat light in addition to the recommendations above. Avoiding heavy meals prior to your session will help aid in optimal comfort and results.

    • Myofascial Release Therapy: the ideal clothing consists of a sports bra and shorts or underwear. This is so therapist is able to best see postural landmarks and will be able to easily work in any given position best suited for the goals of the session.  Eat a light meal and avoid heavy foods directly before the session. This will make abdominal work more effective and more comfortable.
